A little about me.
I’m thoughtful and present. Genuinely curious — about you, about ideas, about life. I laugh easily and I love being in my body: long walks, a devoted yoga practice, good food, great wine, and all the pleasures worth lingering over. The same awareness and intention I bring to the mat, I bring to everything — including the moments we share.
Lately I’ve been living inside the writing of Ocean Vuong, Maggie Smith, and Lidia Yuknavitch — writers who treat the body as a site of meaning, tenderness as a form of courage, and desire as something worth taking seriously. That’s the kind of depth I bring to everything.
I find just as much joy in a long, wandering conversation over good food and wine as I do in a slow, unhurried afternoon together. I truly believe it’s possible to fall in love for an hour — or for a night — and that these kinds of experiences can quietly change us.
